It is just a simple job

In this co-op asymmetric horror game, you and your partner owe a lot of money, and if you don’t want to end up six feet underground, you both need to come up with cash quickly. Clearly robbing people is the best solution, so one of you goes inside to grab what you can while the other hacks into the system to help find the most valuable loot and act as lookout. Easy peasy, right?

Steal what you can and get out fast or else

Most robbers usually deal with unwanted homeowners or cops, but a monster or ghost usually isn’t on your list of things to watch out for during a robbery. The person inside has the main job of running and hiding from the creature stalking around the house while grabbing any cursed items they can find. The person in the van has cameras, a radio, and information to help guide the person inside and distract the monster using cameras throughout the house.

The real challenge comes when your equipment starts failing. Your radio breaks, your computer goes down, and you can’t use your camera equipment. The hacker is the only person who can see the cursed items that need to be grabbed, so they must describe exactly what they’re looking for. It sounds easy until you realize half the items look the same, with only small details differentiating them. Try doing that while your equipment is breaking down and something is trying to kill you.

The atmosphere is crucial here. As you frantically search for three possible items at a time in this creepy old house on a timer, you sometimes forget that something might be lurking around the corner, ready to get you.

The future of Find or Be Found

Studio Downstairs is a small development team from Sweden that has been working on the game for a few years now. They are active on their Discord channel with their player base, so it will be interesting to see what they have done here as time goes on. The demo is currently available on Steam, with the full game’s planned release date of June 24th this year.
